- Certified supervision: Every station is overseen by certified Range Safety Officers, with clear commands and whistle/voice signals for start, stop, and emergencies.
- Course flow and etiquette: Briefing outlines movement between stages, safe table areas, loading/unloading zones, and courtesy practices to ensure a smooth, family-friendly environment.
- Emergency protocol: Overview of first-aid location, EMT presence, incident reporting steps, and evacuation routes prior to live-fire activities.
- Acknowledgment & waivers: Attendees confirm understanding of rules, sign waivers, and receive wristbands or badges indicating briefing completion.
